Anthony Mahan is a litigation attorney licensed to practice law in Kentucky and Ohio.  Mr. Mahan is currently a practicing attorney, law clerk for Judge Karen Thomas, Campbell County District Court, and an Adjunct Professor of Entrepreneurial Law at Northern Kentucky University.


Mr. Mahan previously worked as a summer law clerk for Justice Wil Schroeder, Kentucky Supreme Court. 


Mr. Mahan graduated from the University of Cincinnati College of Law and also holds an MBA from Northern Kentucky University and a degree in finance from the University of Kentucky.


Mr. Mahan’s teaching philosophy gears much towards providing practical legal knowledge with examples and explanations gained from his experience as a firearms instructor and attorney.  Mr. Mahan is also an Instructor Trainer which permits him to train KY CCDW Instructors.
